Objectives

The objective of this research project is to lay
the scientific and methodological foundation
for the internationalisation of the German
service economy.

>Products provide the terms of reference: high
quality services – like high quality products –
must be continuously adapted to customer
requirements, market conditions, profitability
considerations and technological advances.

Joined-up concepts and instruments are
being developed for this purpose by the
project partners to secure the success of
services in international markets.
